Hindustan Gum runs a well-respected Guar Agronomy Program since 2011. The Farmers Education Program (Guar Agronomy) is implemented in status of Haryana & Rajasthan with technical support of scientists from CCS Haryana Agriculture University, Hisar (Haryana) and the officers of Department of Agriculture, Haryana. The objectives of this program are as follows:

• Increase their farm's yield of production
• Improve farmers living standard, by training on various livelihood programs
• Adopt safety measures which cultivation

Hindustan Gum in collaboration with Syensqo runs a highly fabled Sustainable Guar Initiative (SGI) with Guar farmers. Key aspect of SGI program are sustainable guar farming to improve yield and income of guar farmers, community impact beyond farming which helps women with incremental income thru different initiatives. One of the key aspects of SGI is sustainable sourcing of Guar Seeds and its positive impact across the supply chain up to customers like L'Oreal and producing farmers.
